Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees by phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and networks
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and system checks
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep track of all support requests and maintain accurate records of solutions provided
- Train clients and employees on how to use new software or equipment
- Stay updated on new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with network components such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Good understanding of computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1200$ per month (part-time)
Location: Fonvieille (free visa and ticket provided)
