We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist for a part-time position in our firm located in the vibrant city of Greenland. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in architectural design and drafting, with proficiency in the use of CAD software. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of architects to support and assist in the development of various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and assist with project inspections
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions
- Calculate material and labor costs for projects
- Help maintain project documentation and records
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and consultations
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is an asset
- Knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is a plus
- Ability to speak Inuit or Danish is an advantage

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will have the option to work from home or our office. However, occasional site visits may be required. We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
