We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing our pastry department and ensuring the quality and consistency of all pastry items served at our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the pastry department
- Create new recipes and develop innovative ideas for desserts and pastries
- Train and supervise pastry staff, ensuring proper techniques and standards are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive menus for special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different pastry techniques and ingredients
- Creative mindset with a strong passion for baking
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Pastry/Baking preferred
- Certification from a reputable culinary school is an asset
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are an advantage)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
