Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herning. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage existing accounts and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and exceed customer expectations
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation provided. We also provide opportunities for career advancement within our company.
