IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and efficiency of our network, and implementing new technologies to improve business operations.

Location: Roskilde, Denmark (Accommodation provided if needed)

Salary: $1500 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth functioning of the company's IT systems
- Oversee the maintenance and security of the company's network, servers, and databases
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Identify areas for improvement in current systems and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry to make informed decisions for the company's IT strategy
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and other IT services
- Train employees on proper use of technology tools and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or related position
- Solid understanding of information security principles and best practices
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, software, and databases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CCNA
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously
