Junior Game Developer


We are a rapidly growing game development company based in Bergen, seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Game Developer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the game development industry.

As a Junior Game Developer, you will work closely with our experienced team to design, develop and implement new features and functionalities for our games. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging any technical issues that arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C# or Java
- Knowledge of game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and artists to create engaging gameplay features
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code
- Test and debug code to ensure high-quality performance
- Continuously optimize gameplay mechanics for better player experience
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in game development
