Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve both front-end and back-end development, so you must have a solid understanding of both. You should also be familiar with agile development methodologies and have experience using various programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing user-friendly web applications
- Writing clean, efficient code in multiple programming languages
- Troubleshooting issues and debugging code
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Conducting regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
- Participating in agile development processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or AngularJS
- Understanding of back-end frameworks like Django or Node.js
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL or NoSQL)
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
