Job Title: Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and engineers to design and plan industrial buildings and structures. Your main responsibilities will include creating and reviewing blueprints, making modifications to existing designs, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits and collaborating with construction teams to ensure the proper implementation of your designs. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience in the field. Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers on industrial building projects
- Create detailed blueprints using AutoCAD software
- Review existing designs and make necessary modifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper implementation of designs
- Communicate effectively with construction teams to address any issues that may arise during the building process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Keep updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: La Condamine, Monaco (open to candidates from all nationalities)
