Computer Support Specialist


We are currently hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Faroe-Islands. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and maintain security measures.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
- Train end users on new systems or equipment.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
