Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting the lead architect in designing and planning commercial buildings and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while also adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the lead architect to develop commercial building designs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess feasibility of potential projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using specialized software
- Prepare project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Location: Faroe Islands (Relocation assistance may be provided)

Salary: $1500 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
