Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Eschen. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical solutions for building design projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed construction drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet client requirements and adhere to building codes
- Analyze building materials and systems to determine feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare project proposals, estimates, and schedules
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software, preferably AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month (based on experience)
