Driver Supervisor



We are hiring a Driver Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of drivers in Karachi. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods and personnel, as well as overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of drivers, including scheduling shifts and providing guidance and support
- Monitor driver performance, address any issues or concerns, and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Plan efficient routes for deliveries or transportation of personnel
- Communicate with clients or company staff to coordinate transportation needs
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs
- Train new drivers on company policies, procedures, and vehicle operation

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional driver or in a supervisory role in the transportation industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is preferred)
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in Karachi
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. We do offer visa sponsorship for candidates who require it.
