Merchandiser Supervisor
The Merchandiser Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the merchandising team and ensure that all merchandising activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of the merchandisers, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to develop effective strategies for product placement and promotion
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, pricing, and overall presentation
- Train new merchandisers on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for adjustments to product offerings
- Develop reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to develop new products or improve existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- In-depth understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Location: Khanpur (Preference for female candidates)

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
