Entry-Level Merchandiser in Khanpur


We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Khanpur. As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed effectively, while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores and supermarkets to set up displays and ensure that products are properly stocked and presented
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for products as needed
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences
- Assist with product packaging, labeling, and pricing
- Work closely with suppliers to track delivery schedules and resolve any issues or delays
- Attend trade shows and events to showcase our products and gather competitor insights

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in merchandising or related field preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
