We are seeking a friendly and organized Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Lisbon. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with their needs during their stay. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling and room deliveries

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass education or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally allowed to work in Lisbon

Salary:
Starting salary of 1500$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
