Job Title: Barista - Full Time with Accommodation and Visa in Funchal



We are currently hiring for the position of Barista in Funchal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Educate customers on our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Track inventory and report any shortages to management
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from all backgrounds
- A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about new products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have a valid work visa or be eligible for one, as well as a valid passport for international travel if necessary
