Sales Manager for International Shipping Company in Porto


An established international shipping company in Porto is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the shipping industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the shipping industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, as well as benefits including free visa sponsorship and ticket.

Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal. However, we welcome candidates from any nationality who are willing to relocate.
