Team Lead for Biometric Passport Project in Faro


We are currently hiring a motivated and driven Team Lead to oversee our biometric passport project in Faro. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of professionals, ensuring project goals and deadlines are met, and providing support and guidance to team members. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a team of professionals working on the biometric passport project
- Monitor project progress and ensure all project goals are met
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with biometric technology is a plus
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
