IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the information technology department in our company located in Monte-Carlo. Your main duty will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our technical systems and networks to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their professional development.
- Evaluate current systems and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary to meet business needs.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime or disruptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that will improve their efficiency and productivity.
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss in case of system failures or cyber attacks.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend new tools or strategies that can benefit our organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management systems, operating systems (Windows/Linux), cloud computing technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech personnel.
