Machine Operator

A reputable manufacturing company in Bansko is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating various types of machinery and be able to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting. This contract position is suitable for Malayalees with English speaking abilities and does not require prior experience or accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Keep production area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operation of machines

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with basic English speaking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous machine operating experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting purposes

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
