Senior Architect - Design and Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Design and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design and construction process for our projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring they meet project requirements and budget constraints
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of construction work
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, construction materials, and methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
