We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Porto, Portugal on a contract basis. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial settings. Your main duties will include troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting routine inspections and tests, and calibrating instruments to ensure accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of electrical principles and be able to read technical diagrams and schematics. You should also have previous experience working with various types of instrumentation such as flow meters, pressure gauges, and temperature sensors. Knowledge of PLCs (programmable logic controllers) is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You must also have good communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with other technicians and engineers.
