Your role will involve working closely with data scientists and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, create training datasets, and build predictive models.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborating with data scientists to gather, clean, and analyze data
- Creating training datasets for predictive models
- Developing code in programming languages such as Python or R
- Evaluating the performance of machine learning models and making necessary improvements
- Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and algorithms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
