Part-Time Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Faro. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms and models. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various applications
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify relevant data sources and features
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models
- Communicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering or related field
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field with a focus on machine learning
- Experience deploying machine learning models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Experience working with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark
