Handyman (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in the city of Os. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner and complete all assigned tasks within the given timeframe
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring they are kept in good working condition
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all safety regulations while performing duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in general handyman work preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting techniques
- Ability to interpret instructions from clients or supervisors and complete tasks accordingly
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
