As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and visually appealing commercial spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and use your creativity and technical skills to develop innovative design solutions. Your responsibilities will include drafting plans, creating 3D models, selecting materials and finishes, overseeing construction projects, and managing budgets and timelines. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, proficiency in CAD software, and experience working on commercial projects. A passion for sustainable design practices is also desired. This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month in the beautiful city of Vejle in Denmark.
