Commercial Architect


As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts that align with client's vision and business needs
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction
- Oversee the entire construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve material selections for the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Location:
This position is located in Vejle, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Benefits:
