Commercial Architect


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for commercial projects
- Create detailed designs and plans for commercial buildings, including layout, materials, and structural elements
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors to oversee construction progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proven track record of successfully completing commercial projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Denmark
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
