Land Surveyor


Our company is a leading land surveying firm located in Nairobi, Kenya and we are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. This position is suitable for an Egyptian national with proficiency in English and a valid visa to work in Kenya. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in land surveying and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and developers on survey projects
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, equipment, and software (AutoCAD)
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
