Team Lead - Biometric Passport Processing

We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee the processing of biometric passports in our Oslo office. The ideal candidate will have experience in document processing and a strong understanding of biometric technology. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of passport processors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work. You will also collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and maintain compliance with government regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of passport processors, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the processing of biometric passports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement streamlined processes for passport processing
- Keep up-to-date with changes in biometric technology and government regulations related to passport processing
- Maintain records and reports on passport processing activities
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in passport applications or data entry
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in document processing, international relations, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in document processing or related field
- Knowledge of biometric technology and its application in passport processing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership experience preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

This position is based in Oslo, Norway.
