As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to managing contractors and ensuring project completion on time and within budget. Your strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders will be crucial in this role.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage the construction process from start to finish
- Create project budgets and timelines, ensuring they are adhered to throughout the project
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel involved in the project
- Monitor progress on site, resolving any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in plans
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on site at all times

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Faroe Islands.
