Handyman Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman Technician to join our team in Malindi. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment, structures, and systems in our facilities. This includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. Your main goal will be to ensure that our buildings are safe and fully functional for our employees and clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on various equipment such as air conditioners, generators, etc.
- Repair any damaged structures or systems within the buildings
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as painting, fixing doors/windows, etc.
- Identify potential hazards and address them accordingly
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed
