Job Title: Data-Analytics Specialist

We are in search of a skilled Data-Analytics Specialist to join our team in Karachi. As a Data-Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify patterns and trends. You will work closely with various departments to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that will drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Perform statistical analysis and develop predictive models
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Utilize SQL, Python, or other programming languages to manipulate data
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Analytics or related field
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi (preference for local candidates)

Contract Length: 6 months with potential for extension based on performance.
