Architectural Technologist - Contract Position (Lisbon, Portugal)


We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$. As an architectural technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects with the design and construction of buildings and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop building designs and plans
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as an architectural technologist or similar role
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Experience with project management software
