Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Candidates in Dubai


We are a five-star hotel in Dubai seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients from India. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients from India
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the Indian market
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the hotel and generate leads
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, identifying areas for growth
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop promotional materials for the Indian market
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully targeting and retaining corporate clients, particularly from India
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Knowledge of the Indian market, culture, and business practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within India if necessary
