Accountant (Contract)

We are in need of an experienced Accountant to join our team on a contract basis in Fonvieille, Monaco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Review and process expense reports
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide support for audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
