Full-Time Administrator in Fonvieille, Monaco
We are hiring a full-time Administrator to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and supporting various departments within our company. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This position does not include accommodation and is suitable for students or individuals with previous experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Support various departments by assisting with data entry, creating reports, and coordinating meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy access by team members
- Ensure efficient communication between different departments within the company
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be a quick learner and able to adapt to changing priorities
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
