Body Repair Master

As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This position requires a high level of skill and expertise in auto body repair and painting techniques. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to perform repairs on different types of vehicles. Your duties will include assessing damage, making necessary repairs, and ensuring that the finished product meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing damage to vehicles and creating a repair plan
- Removing damaged parts and repairing or replacing as needed
- Straightening frames and panels using specialized equipment
- Filling, sanding, and priming surfaces for painting
- Mixing and matching paint colors to achieve desired results
- Painting vehicles using spray guns or other techniques
- Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintaining a clean workspace and properly storing tools and equipment
- Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements, techniques, and materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an auto body repair technician or similar role
- Expertise in using various hand tools and power equipment
- Knowledge of painting techniques, color matching, and paint mixing
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, or standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a vocational school or technical program in auto body repair or related field
- Experience working with different types of vehicles, such as cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc.
- Knowledge of electronic estimating software for vehicle repairs

Salary: $1000 per month + accommodation
