Job Title: Floral Designer


As a Floral Designer in our busy flower shop in Esbjerg, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in providing our customers with the perfect floral designs to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client requests and budget
- Order necessary flowers and supplies from wholesalers
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, and arranging them for display
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability
- Oversee the care of live plants and ensure they are well-maintained
- Clean work area and equipment regularly to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in various floral design techniques including hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and fulfill client needs
- Excellent time-management skills to meet tight deadlines for events such as weddings or funerals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
Our flower shop is located in the beautiful city of Esbjerg on the west coast of Denmark. Known for its charming streets lined with colorful houses, Esbjerg is also home to many parks and gardens that provide inspiration for our floral designs.
