Cashier - Biometric Passport Processing (Horsens, Denmark)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-driven Cashier with experience in processing biometric passports to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing and verifying biometric passports for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify biometric passports for customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing assistance throughout the passport processing process
- Maintain accurate records of all passport transactions and payments
- Follow all security protocols to ensure the safety of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role
- Experience in processing biometric passports is preferred but not required
- Proficient in using computer systems and handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport
