Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of buildings and structures, and other relevant information. You will use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS devices to accurately measure and map out land areas. Additionally, you will be required to analyze data, create maps and reports, and provide recommendations based on your findings.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as experience with surveying equipment and software. You must also be detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of buildings and structures, and other relevant information
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS devices to accurately measure land areas
- Analyze data collected from surveys
- Create maps and reports for clients
- Provide recommendations based on survey findings
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Experience with surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS devices
- Proficiency in using surveying software (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in the US.
