Concrete Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Lisbon. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete on various construction projects. You will also be required to operate various tools and equipment, including mixers, trowels, and screeds.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by ensuring all materials and equipment are available
- Mix concrete according to specific ratios and pour it into designated areas
- Smooth concrete using various tools to create a level surface
- Finish concrete by edging, jointing, or applying decorative treatments
- Monitor concrete curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Operate equipment such as mixers, trowels, and power saws
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Familiarity with mixing ratios and techniques for different types of concrete
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
