Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the team
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
- Generate reports and presentations for management
- Train new employees on office procedures and protocols
- Identify areas of improvement in office processes and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
