IT Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Randers. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technology solutions, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Evaluate new technology solutions and make recommendations for adoption or upgrades
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement or optimization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware/software installation and maintenance
- Experience with project management methodologies and proven ability to deliver projects on time within budget
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels within the organization

Salary: 1100$

Location: Randers (open to applicants with own visa)
