IT Manager



The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology systems and operations of our company in Randers. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can handle both the technical aspects of IT management as well as the strategic planning and implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the business objectives
- Supervise and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security measures are in place to protect against cyber threats
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services
- Prepare budget proposals for new projects or upgrades to existing systems
- Provide technical support to employees to resolve any issues or concerns with technology systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Proven track record of successful project management in an IT environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices within our company

Salary: 1500$
