Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other designated areas according to specific instructions and guidelines.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available for installation.
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement of solar panels.
- Connect panels to electrical systems and test for proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the solar panel systems and make necessary repairs.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working at heights.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time.
- Must have your own basic hand tools. Employer-provided tools will be available for larger equipment.
