Skilled Handyman

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Lahore. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout our facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and grounds
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities
- Install new fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and managers
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when needed
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have their own visa or residency permit in Lahore
- Are able to work without accommodation
