We are a growing e-commerce company seeking an Online Consultant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via live chat, email, and social media platforms
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Handling and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales in an online environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
