Indian Restaurant Manager in Jeddah (Seasonal)
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As an Indian Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and quality food for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer satisfaction
- Hire and train new employees to maintain a high-quality team
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure that all food and beverage products meet quality standards and are served at the correct temperature
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both employees and customers
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients
- Adhere to all health codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Proven track record of managing a successful team
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
