Job Title: Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Jeddah


We are hiring a Seasonal Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Jeddah. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a temporary position for the peak season and accommodation will be provided. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English and have experience in managing a restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and following company policies and procedures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular staff meetings to keep everyone informed on any changes or updates
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, ordering supplies, and maintaining records

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal contract.
